Flaming Wok - Casper

I visited this restaurant three times last week, and each time I was attended to by the owner, who provided excellent service. The General Tso Chicken was perfectly spiced and not overly drenched in sauce, just as it should be. The Sesame Chicken was also fantastic. The rice was surprisingly good, as I've seen in some other reviews; they prepare it in a way that allows you to add as much soy sauce as you like to suit your taste. I had a lovely conversation with the gentleman who I believe is the owner, and I will definitely be returning frequently.

Great food and huge portions for a good price. The older guy that works there, assumedly the owner or manager seems to have a hot or cold type of personality, but still does a good job. The food has great flavor, and the fried chicken is fresh and crispy. Conveniently placed next to an entrance/exit so it's easy to just stop by for something on the way home.
