This was one of the best places I have been for years. It is an amazing combination of authentic Toscany houses on unique spot with exceptional views and super friendly hosts. Service was exceptional from the first minute we came to the very moment we left. It was pure joy to have an evening glass of wine watching the sun going down behind the Toscany hills or having a morning coffee while being greeted with singing birds. We had an apartment for 4 people with 2 separate rooms and each having its own bathroom. The living room was combined with a small but effective kitchen (if you need to cook). The property also has a restaurant, so there is no need to worry about the food. If you want a change, you have 10 minutes walk to the center of the town with more dining options. Unfortunately the pool was still to cold to swim, but we did do some sunbathing. Parking is available directly by the house. The premises are also dog friendly! Highly recommended if you look at authenticity, charm, and cosiness. Thanks Murizio for being super host through our stay.

This was our first stop in an amazing trip to Tuscany. We received a very warm welcome from the owner and manager. They kindly reopened the wine cellar and recommended an amazing bottle for us to enjoy on the terrace. Throughout our stay they were hospitable and friendly including sharing a few glasses of wine cheese and bread whilst watching a sunset over the hills of Tuscany. Room had everything that you needed and much larger than the photos suggested. The town only a short walk away is an added bonus with bars and restaurants. We will be back and Grazie Max and team for a memorable stay.

Even if we just stay for one night, we‘ve gotten an excellent service. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The furnishings were tasteful and in very good condition. A wonderful view of Tuscany from our room. It is a well maintained facility with a friendly and helpful staff. Mauricio's service in particular was very caring and comprehensive

We had a great time at Tenuta Colombaio, apartment was clean and equipped with what we needed. The place is idyllic with amazing view and peaceful area to relax. A special mention to the host Maurizio who was very friendly and helpful, ensuring we enjoying our stay. I would recommend this place and we definitely be back there if decide to visit Tuscany again.

We had a wonderful week staying here. Great base for exploring Tuscany but just as good for relaxing and enjoying the Tuscan panorama from the pool. The restaurant is a stones throw from the apartments and serves fantastic food. Be sure to stroll up to Casole d'Elsa which has a good selection of restaurants and a few shops. Special mention to Maurizio, a great host who's really helpful.
