Derdlet is located on the heights of the first Apennines Reggiano, with open view on the castle of canossa is a bright, sunny and very pleasant place, located in an ancient medieval village. the farm is located inside the walls of an ancient house of parmesan reggiano. the service is very kind and helpful, fast enough. the meats of the appetizer are discreet, the ham too fresh, better seasonings should be chosen, the cup and salami are quite good. Unfortunately, Sunday lunch is not always available in fried dumpling. very well the green tortelli of fresh pasta, handmade, with ocavo filling, very good. tortelli are really worth the trip .buon list of local wines, unfortunately some labels were not available today. beautiful outdoor stretch, also usable in winter since it is sunny. panoramic place with access to the nearby monument dedicated to alpinists.

Excellent location, maximum availability of owners, abundant courses and everything we ordered was cooked really well. pork cheek, very tender. delicious also the cake, prepared from the pastry shop of the farm, with delicate creams and beautiful decoration. appreciated by all my guests also the efficiency of the service and the sympathy of the owners who made us feel in the family

Five stars and I would put more. All excellent. the availability and kindness of the owners. excellent home cooking. a few dishes but very cared for with quality products. the spacious room very nice with wooden ceiling. All clean. found by chance but I keep it between favorites to return as soon as you can!
