Congratulations on earning a coveted Michelin Star! I can't wait to dine at your fantastic restaurant again tonight.

The food is good and staff were excellent. Overall a nice experience. Only negative is the overly marked up wine, a 20 euro bottle was in the region of 70 which is a little bit of a rip off.

I am thoroughly impressed with this restaurant. It exceeded my expectations and is far from being pretentious. The food is top-notch, using only the best local ingredients, and is served with a humble attitude. The recent Michelin Star is well-earned, and I am excited to come back again. Although the wine list may not be extensive, each selection complements the menu beautifully.

One of the very good restaurants in Ireland. Very pleasant decor in a vaulted cellar, old dairy, with attentive staff, inventive cuisine showcasing Irish products, in short, a very successful evening. Just one remark that applies to many Michelin-starred restaurants, their Tasting Menu with 6 or 8 courses, is too much for us and ultimately spoils the pleasure.
