Outdoor seating with a beautiful view and magnificent food! The l pasta was freshly made and the atmosphere was wonderful.

A rustic restaurant in the middle of a tourist area, can look at the first, give it as another high price bland food restaurant. but they will be for a surprise. a very nice place to eat with some beautiful Italian pasta and pizza. the tomato soup is a must for beginners followed by any pasta they desire, they can be sure that it is close to homemade quality. the desserts are likewise complex, in particular the Cassata ice and the tiramisu.

I have travelled extensively around the globe and Italian food is possibly my most favourite. On a visit to Cascais we found Cafee Italia in a side street and asked if there was a spare table for dinner. The Maitre D found us a table outside, which overlooked the small beach. What a find, the staff and food were world class, so much so we returned to this excellent restaurant the following night. If you in Cascais, do not miss this Italian restaurant, it offers the best Italian food I have had anywhere in the world. Its that good.
