Il Novecento - CASARSA DELLA DELIZIA

We thank Orges and his brother for the excellent pizzas, and for the service offered during the break at the Casarsa station waiting to depart with the historical train. Pizzas with excellent dough, well cooked and stuffed. A group of 12 people very satisfied.

I must say, that it is not the maximum x a Hotel our group was composed of 14 people, I had a single room, without a chair, with a pillow of 2 cm. I had to arrange the first night x the pillow, for the rest nothing changed, we did only the breakfast, which I must say was in the norm, has a parking lot in front a little small, let's forget to lose the elevator that I did not take anymore, you do not know who was a manager or a owner, they have always changed all..

After the show at the theater, although alerted to a late hotel return (compared to their times) after guaranteeing a hot dinner before going to sleep (in the same structure) ... I witnessed a shameful scene... The two protagonists were denied the meal in a rude manner and without offering an alternative solution. Maleducation and zero welcome I have ever seen in any hotel/restaurant structure. Inappropriate and incompetent staff. I wonder why? The answer was: we were waiting for you before and I closed the kitchen. But there was no delay in the agreed time... and I would say that the bad and rude ways of the staff were overwhelmed. Structure to avoid legs washed!

Although they knew that with the festival of the country the influx of people would have been remarkable, they did not at least care to organize themselves. The service was extra slow and even rather rude staff. Bad experience! Never again.

Central... beautiful location... different rooms for different occasions... I recommend... I ate a dumpling of chickpea flour, with cream of beans and bacon...
