Starbucks - Casa Grande

A big sign by the counter promoting a delicious caramel ice cold coffee drink. But....guess what? No Caramel due to the Joe Biden build back better America program. Of course I asked why they have a big sign promoting caramel drinks if they didn 't have caramel? The baristas looked at me like I was an old opinionated crippled white man. Don 't Promote if it 's BROKE

The coffee here is a bit pricey, but the atmosphere is much nicer than that of McDonald's.

The service here is fantastic, but they frequently run out of items. For instance, they haven’t had strawberries for drinks in over two months.

I'm a huge fan of Starbucks! Living in Casa Grande, I don't have many options, and this location often doesn't have the items on their menu. I love enjoying Pumpkin Bread with my daily iced coffee, but if I don't get there before noon, it’s usually sold out. I've tried to buy two slices, but I'm not sure if there's a limit or if I just manage to snag the last piece almost every day. Unfortunately, the WiFi doesn't work well here, and cell service often seems to be blocked inside the store as well. Make sure to load funds onto your app before you go inside! On a positive note, the staff is always friendly, and the coffee is consistently great, which is what keeps me coming back—plus, it's close to home!

This is an update about another amazing employee who consistently goes above and beyond at Starbucks: JALEESA!!!! Thank you for always getting my order right and for memorizing both mine and my friends' preferences. You truly are that exceptional! I also want to give a shoutout to two fantastic employees who take such great care of me every time: Gabby and Gabriel, thank you! This Starbucks is quite popular since there are only two in town, so they often run out of products. I recommend calling ahead to avoid a wasted trip.
