Carl's Jr. - Casa Grande

Love loves the new salad. As someone who can't have the rolls, there's just something about this high-quality salad package that feels a little less diet daughter. The staff is always friendly and fast at this point. I feel like the iced tea could always be a little fresher, but we're always pretty happy with this place.

Through the ride thru and had excellent customer service from the guy who had my order at 9:40 am to 10/29. He was very polite and informed me about the waiting time for the chicken teeth in my order before they even add to make sure we were ready to wait. Recommend this location and return if in the area only because of the customer service I was provided tonight.

A new Carl's Jr. In Casa Grande with a friendly and professional staff. My wait was minimal, and my Jenseits Burger to the Par. Very recommended.

It's never packed what's good. You can quickly order a bite to eat and go if necessary. Food is good, service can be a bit slow. The kitchen also seems to be a little dirty. It's good for Karl's Junior.

I stopped by to pick up lunch and the gal working the drive thru seemed disinterested in being there but I get that, I have done that job. But when I got home and bit into my Chicken Club I noticed the lettuce was spoiled. I took a picture of it and removed it before finishing the sandwich. I have tried repeatedly to call the store to advise them they were putting out substandard food but nobody would answer the phone, therefore I feel this is my best option to caution people about what they should look for.
