Moe's Southwest Grill - Cary

This restaurant definitely needs new management and leadership. Every time I visit, I feel like I'm bothering the staff just to get served. When I arrived tonight, all the employees seemed to be in the back, and no one offered to inform me that there was only Tomatillo salsa available for the chips. I asked the woman at the counter if there was any other salsa, and she simply said no and walked away. I’ve decided not to return, and I would recommend others do the same. It’s not worth the frustration or the expense.

We ordered dinner today, and when we got home, we discovered that the chicken was burnt in all three dishes we received. Additionally, there wasn't much salsa available at the salsa counter. My daughter really loves Moe's food, so we were quite disappointed this time. What upset us the most was the realization that they knew the chicken was burnt and still served it to us, which makes it seem like they don’t care about their customers.

The food here is the freshest in the Triangle area. I absolutely love this place!

Nice staff. Clean bathrooms and tables. Very good experience and typical expected quality of a Moe's. Most people will enjoy eating here, only thing that is missing is the welcome to Moe's haha

Food quality has gone down significantly, chicken from burrito bowl tastes like canned chicken that was burnt. My wife's bowl was exactly the same. Chips were over done and there was no salsa. Will not return for now.
