Jersey Mike's Subs - Cary

The service here was incredibly slow—drainingly slow. If I could, I'd give it zero stars for customer service. It took 20 minutes just to receive a meatball base. Meanwhile, four customers received their orders—both cold and hot—before I was even served. There was a complete lack of sanitation between customers, and the workers weren't practicing social distancing. The sandwich assembly area was chaotic and unclean; it was clear that the counter wasn't wiped down between customers. Overall, the entire place was in disarray.

This was my first time dining here, and likely my last. The customer service was absolutely dreadful; I felt like a burden just for coming in and placing an order. It seemed like they didn’t want any customers and that I was just causing trouble. Asking for extra onions appeared to be an inconvenience for them. Overall, it was not a good experience. To top it off, the sandwich was overpriced for the size, and despite my eagerness for a Philly cheesesteak, I found toothpicks in my mouth to be more enjoyable. So, that’s Jersey Mike’s for me.

I ordered the #26 regular sub, and everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it!

I'm going in to just get a nice tea and they pretended they had a big problem with it, so I won't be back.

LOOOOVE Jersey Mike's. We've been ordering it on Door Dash during the pandemic, but decided to stop in to this location as it was on our way home the other day. It's not usual location that delivers to our home using DD, and they were so good that I won't be ordering off DD anymore. I'll get in the car and make the extra trip to this location. Everything tasted fresh, and was made perfectly!
