Gypsy's Shiny Diner - Cary

What a charming little spot! The breakfast was delightful. Although the bacon was a bit overcooked – I had requested it without the crispiness, but it didn’t come that way – I guess that’s just how bacon turns out sometimes.

If you're seeking an authentic diner experience, this is the place to be. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the diner food is top-notch with generous portions. The cleanliness is impressive; I even noticed the table attendants cleaning the chairs after each guest! After visiting numerous diners over the past 7 years, I can confidently say that Shiny Diner is the best. I can't wait to return!

I had the Jewel Plate. Really good and lots of it! My only complaint is the tableside jukebox didn't play my song. Breakfast is appropriate any time of day

The diner offers reliable and satisfying food, along with outstanding service. I ordered the corned beef hash and eggs. While the eggs were unremarkable, the toast was thick and delicious. The hash browns were perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the corned beef hash had a nice crispiness on the outside. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, and I would definitely return when I'm in the mood for a classic breakfast.
