I went to see a movie and while as a whole the venue is nice, both women’s bathrooms had toilets leaking with water on the floor, no toilet paper in several stalls, and overall they were filthy.The menu is also very limited and expensive. It would be nice to have more snack options, such as buffalo bites, chicken fingers, etc. Even the popcorn and candy was more expensive then other theaters.I tried to go to the concession stand during the movie but the service took too long so I left. There were three people in front of me, and I had stood and waited more than three minutes without the line moving.If prices comes down, more concessions are added, and the bathrooms are reasonably clean I would go back.

The nastiest bathrooms every time I come. If you have food on the menu that is $40 a plate clean the restroom. Could use a refresh as well. Some of the seats are nice, some are overly worn.

First of all, the reclining seats are peeling and make the loudest noise when they are adjusted. Every time certain seats were adjusted, it made THE LOUDEST NOISE. They have a policy where a gratuity is added at their discretion. The gratuity can be removed if the theater deems it necessary. What this means is if the server looks at you and thinks you won 't tip, they add the gratuity to your bill. The bathroom floors were so sticky, I lost my shoes twice trying to walk out. The staff seats you according to your prior seat purchase. I saw the staff seat someone in the wrong seats, they ordered tons of food and drinks, and were seated in the wrong seat. When the actual folks who chose those seats came, they made the folks who were there MOVE. It was the cinema 's mistake so they should 've comped the couple that showed up late. This place reminds you of Raleighwood Cinema but dirtier. I 'm never going back. You charge gratuity if I look like I 'm not going to tip??? You can keep ALL of that.

Potentially a very nice theater but they are in desperate need of a refresh.The seats are very worn, the furniture on the lobby is so bad they have throws over the furniture.Not an inexpensive proposition, $33.79 for 2 tickets, 2 soft drinks and a box of popcorn $30.38. Grand total, $64.17 and we ate popcorn.Bathrooms need some help, they can sure use a good deep cleaning.On the brighter side, the staff is wonderful. Our waitperson Kaessey was totally awesome. Front desk person was very helpful as well but didn’t catch her name. Staff is the reason for the 3 stars!

We’ve been here many times and received great service…our most recent time was the worst. I wouldn’t normally complain but when you’re automatically charged for gratuity you expect to receive at least some service. Our server took our order and then we never saw her again. We came to see the new Transformers movie for my sons birthday…his food came out wrong…our server was no where to be found. Usually they come back to check on you before the movie starts, nope, never saw anyone. We had to track someone down to get my son's food corrected! Once my son’s correct food came out to him my husband asked the server for another drink and was told we had to go to the bar to get it. Why am I tipping anyone?! We had to do everything our self! We received no apology for screwing up our order...my poor son had to wait forever for his food on his birthday! There was no staff to be found so I submitted my complaint online...its been 5 days now with no response from anyone. It is clear that customer's concerns are of no importance at this establishment.
