Bj's Brewhouse - Cary

I ordered here earlier in the week and the order was 2 stars. They upgraded to 5 stars. Good recovery!

First time bringing disappointed with BJs. Pizza was horribly assembled, cold and just not that tasty. fries tasted old.

I get sliders every time and half the time theres no ketchup on the bottom, not enough lettuce provided, and not enough pickles for each slider. come on guys, its not that hard to provide four little pickle slices and make the sandwich properly. if im having to supplement a tiny slider with ingredients from my fridge.. come on. also the giant pretzel is so gross we threw it out after one bite.

This used to be one of my go-to places for a quick dinner, but sadly I think I will have to remove this place my rotation. Tonight I order led the French Dip sandwich, and not only was my order missing my side item, but the sandwich was completely inedible. The beef was overcooked and tasted off, and the au jus was sour and overly salty. My pizookie, which is usually the highlight to any BJs order was over-cooked to the point of being hard, and borderline burnt in places. I ended up throwing the entire meal out. What a waste of $30! Im very dissapointed.

They are super sloppy and get my order wrong a lot and im done making excuses for it. last night i again ordered Sliders* and they were just slapped together falling apart. the Loaded Mashed Potatoes were just regular mashed potatoes. my Shirley Temple was missing the cherries and while i do appreciate the tape protecting the cup, it doesnt come off easily and there was no straw provided anyway. i wonder if the people making this food really consider the customer at all when preparing meals for them. minor things but when it happens every single order it gets old fast.
