Ward's - Carthage

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. The staff seemed completely indifferent, and getting the check was just one of many issues. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of effort in doing their jobs correctly. The manager was unhelpful as well. I paid $19 for two hamburgers, with no fries or drinks included, and they even messed that up. I live 20 miles away, and the manager didn’t seem to care. Please be sure to double-check your order—there are people on payroll who just aren't doing their jobs.

I typically order the Big One or the Fish Plate, both of which are incredibly delicious. They can be a bit pricey, especially since I often upgrade my meals, but aside from that, the food is consistently hot and fresh.

They serve coffee at room temperature to unsuspecting drive-thru customers, and I find that absolutely unacceptable! It happened at 9:15 AM on Friday, December 31, 2021, in Carthage, MS. That's just wrong. Can you even imagine? Disgusting! Ma'am, you're out of a job! Oh, you're the manager? Well then, you need to go too!

I haven't disliked a single thing here! The BLT is a favorite! The fries are hot!
