Pizza Hut - Carthage

The portion sizes were small and the container of garlic butter sauce was not even halfway full. Overall, my experience at the restaurant depended on the dish I selected.

I told the woman on the phone to cancel my order after having to repeat my phone number four times. After she finally canceled it, I tried to place my order again, but she couldn't get it right even after repeating it three times. The last time I ordered from this place, the pizza tasted old and reheated. I won't be going to Pizza Hut in Carthage anymore.

Ensure the order is correct and the food is fresh, avoiding dishes that have been sitting out and tasting old or cold.

The food was absolutely AMAZING! It was fresh, hot and DELICIOUS ? The customer service was AWESOME as always! Pizza Hut is and always will be our FAVORITE place to get our pizza from!

Pizza order wrong when I got home was supposed to have a half pineapple ham and the other half pepperoni, sausage, onions, and pepper. We got home and I had a half extra pepperoni and the other half sausage, peppers, and onions. The pizza also tasted like it had been siting for along time.
