Subway - Carterville

I go here every Monday and Wednesday after class each week for the past 2 years. The people that they have making these sandwiches just keep getting worse and worse. Sad to see my favorite sandwich place can't make a sandwich that looks anything appealing. Past two visits the sandwich just wasn't even edible. A waste of money, sad.

Best subway in the area! Ingredients are always fresh, fast and friendly service, clean dining area.

This review isn't based on just going there one time. I've been there several times to see if the service varied at all and it didn't. My biggest issue was the fact that every sandwich I ordered from there looked like someone had thrown it against a wall before they gave it to me. I understand that while it's being wrapped it's going to get messy, but this was just plain sloppy. My bread was cut all the way through and had vegetables going everywhere, the sauce I had was all over the paper- It was just not good at all. The friendliness of the employees was generally good, but there are a few people there that really seem to not care about being nice. The last issue was that no one really seemed to know what they were doing. This may have been because they were training multiple people at once, but usually that does not happen elsewhere. Try your luck here if you'd like, the pizzas are really the only thing that weren't messed up.

Food was great the tipping app at checkout very annoying. Service: Take out Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
