The restaurant was lively with diners enjoying a late lunch, creating a great atmosphere. It wasn't overly crowded, and the music playlist was excellent. Our server was fantastic, and my parents even noticed that some staff spoke Russian. The Jalapeño cheese curds were decent, but the pig belly was outstanding and delicious! My mother ordered the pack, while my father and I opted for the cowboy burger. Everything was very good!

I celebrated 27 wonderful years with my wife at City Cellar and Loft, and it was a fantastic dinner. Our server, Isabella, provided excellent service. We started with the seared scallops as an appetizer, followed by Shrimp Grieße for my wife. I had the Bourbon Barrel pork chop with collar and potatoes, and we finished off with lemon cake for dessert. She also enjoyed the peach martini. Thank you for a delightful evening!

Really nice restaurant. Your menu has so many good choices. I loved the atmosphere. It was a bit loud, but overall a great place for dinner. I gave only 4 stars because they were from so many foods when we sat. Also expect a long waiting period.

Returning to Illinois after a family death, we stopped at The Cellar. What a wonderful choice. The setting is lovely?rustic contemporary. The fried green tomatoes and sweet tea, fabulous. Our main courses, desert, drinks?were perfection. And the staff! We walked in solemn and sad, and left feeling nourished in every way.

I had a few dinners at this place a few years back and was not super impressed with the food. The drinks and atmosphere were great though. Someone recommended I give it another shot! I'm glad I did! I had the best pork chop ever! It was so tender inside and the crust was perfect! It's hard to find good pork chops! The flavor of the entire meal was really on point! My husband ordered the schnitzel meal which was also amazing but I highly recommend the pork chops, green beans and potatoes! They also have a great dirty martini!
