Przekaż informację zwrotnąI walk in and I am greeted with a bunch of young kids that are gathered around a cash drawer explaining to everyone that Cash only . They had a calculator out and a few sheets of paper with prices on them. Very unprofessional!!! They didn 't even know howto give correct change! Not sure where all the adults were at but they needed some kind of supervision. They also had a bunchof young kids hanging out on the customer side of counter laughing and not ordering. Can someone please tell me what was goingon?!?!
Restaurant was close to hotel. There were 3 people that we counted. Food was edible but very messy. I understand if there is only 3 people working. It was fairly crowded. Tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I wanted to pay with cashbut no one was there to take my order. Daughter put it on hers. When we got our order things were missing. Took 5 minutes to getsomeone's attention to get what we were missing.
I ordered a combo inside. They gave me my food quickly, but forgot my coffee. It took me forever to get someone to get my coffee. I could see the lady that handed me my food, and she walked past me several times and never asked me why I was stillstanding there. Then she leans on the counter and starts playing on her phone! The girl that was taking orders finally got asecond to come over and ask what I was waiting on. The other lady stayed on her phone.
I ordered 2 20 piece nuggets. They only put 1 set in. I ordered sweet tea and got unsweet. No one spoke here at the window or at the front counter when I asked to speak to a manager. Disappointed honestly with the Customer skills but the nuggets werepretty good once it came out so that?s why they got 2 stars instead of one. Check your bags always. People complained about notgetting paid 15 an hour and now they are but the service for that rate has gone down hill to the extremes.
Biscuit had to be 8 hours past holding time. Had to spit it out it was so old. Update: when I brought the biscuit by later they immediately refunded it and gave me a lunch meal, all without asking for it. Good customer service ???? so they moved up to 3stars.
