Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Cartersville

Ice cream was great but the little entitled girls begging for tips is sad. Or should I say that the card machine was asking for a tip as she put it.

The staff here are so unprofessional. I was in the drive-through and decided to walk up to the window and set outside on a bench. I got up to the window to be told the walk-up was closed due to them being understaffed. There was no sign, and how is that a thing, but whatever! What good is it going to say anything.I tell you what's even worse than that. All the signage they have at the walk-up isn't in the drive-through, so you better decide on your first lap around.

Absolutely horrible the blast I ordered was melted and running. The flavor tasted off. 1st and last time going there.

Service was great and our ice cream looked great. Unfortunately it was insanely expensive, even for “inflation times.” The ice cream itself was way too sweet and lacked flavor.

Fun place to go hang out enjoy some icecream! My dogs love the pup cups, too!
