Good place for a fast and cheap bite when hunger attacks. Pizza quality is ok, well balanced for the price paid. The staff is not very friendly, something they can safely improve.

Good night! My brother and I went shopping in Las Ruina's Cartago business. Terrible service, they don't deserve good criticism. We ordered a mega pizza consisting of 16 slices, bread and sauce. We were told that we had to wait 15 minutes, but it took 30 minutes to get our order. Also worth mentioning is the terrible smell of toilets on site and how dirty the tables are. The pizza was delivered to us at the wrong time and when we came home, we had a great surprise. The pizza could not be eaten because how hard and raw it was (it looked like a cookie that could not chew). The 16 slices were excrementally small, the so-called pizza sticks were very hard and the pizza sauce was sour. It is a great disregard that they deliver this kind of products to customers. It's a big fraud. You should pay more effort into their work, as customers pay for high quality pizza, but it is the opposite.

The pizza is regular since sometimes you eat good pizza well done and other times bad pizza like old or ugly. Its staff is changing so there will be good pizza makers and bad pizza makers. Insurance for conflicts internal to the organization that affects the quality of the product. Even if they do promotions to attract customers, none of that is worth it if the quality is variable...

Excellent attention and very rich pizza did not love and has good price
