Wonderful restaurant! Excellent service and the most delicious trout basket ever. The Agua Dulce con leche is also absolutely delicious. The ambience is Darling, with hummingbirds and plants everywhere. Very recommended!!!
We have been living in Costa Rica for almost a year and I admit that is the best soda in the country. Hospitality, attention, quality of food, portion size, attention to details, decor and atmosphere are one of a kind. Value you get in Doña Marlen is unbeatable, combined with the most delicious Trucha we have tried and the view. I highly recommend looking over here after a long hike and eating after a big lunch or an early dinner. You have taken all precautions when it comes to Kovid-19: the place is sterile, everyone wears a mask, your temperature is measured. So if you travel during this unusual Kovid season, please stop and pick up your mouthwater trout dish and help a local store. We'll be back next week when we go back to Santa Teresa!
Nice town house. Great fresh food, friendly service and much cheaper than the nearby hotels. Recommend the trout!
