Unfortunate experience, we sat down to have a drink, at a table which did not have any reserved paper, which 4 of the adjoining tables did. The attention and service were disastrous, when they brought us our drinks we thanked the waitress and she didn't even look at our faces, much less answer us. This happened up to 3 times, and all this in front of the owner of the premises who did not even flinch towards the lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, when the two missing people arrived, the owner of the place told us that he had already told us that the table was reserved and that we had until 9:30 p.m. to have a drink (it was 9:10 p.m. . We were not told at any time that the table was reserved, nor was it marked. The lack of professionalism and the disastrous treatment they gave us seems incredible to me.
