Extremely busy place. Manager is AMAZING on handling her team and hands on working hard along with the employees! That?s a GREAT manager hardly ever see this! She needs to be recognized and deserves a raise! Great Job team! You will have our huge lunch order again! Nothing messing and food was very fresh! Most of all restrooms and dining room was very clean.

I'm not sure if the quality at Pollo Loco has declined significantly or if my expectations have simply increased, but now it tastes to me like microwaved food. The chicken looks natural on the outside, but it has a flavor that seems to come from preservatives or chemicals, and it's too chewy for my liking. This might be the last time I purchase their chicken. Chicken Maison in Torrance is definitely a better option.

The food quality was just as excellent as at the other locations. All the staff wore masks and hats, which is a commendable policy.

The service is consistently quite slow, and the creamy cilantro dressing seems to be diluted every time.
