However, when I arrive 20 minutes later, I often end up waiting another 10-15 minutes for my food. This has happened 2 out of the 4 times I've ordered. The second time, they mentioned that my fries hadn’t even been started, and most recently, they hadn’t begun preparing my order at all.
The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and is kept very clean. The teriyaki bowls are incredibly tasty, with fresh ingredients and tender meat. The sticky rice has a hint of sweetness that complements the dish perfectly. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.
