Five Guys - Carson

Carson was the first five guys I've ever visited. They're the same years later. Great quick service outside the shopping center.

Love it! The peanuts in the shell as an appetizer are a great addition, and they do let you toss the shells in the floor but that doesn't get you good juju. Meat and fries are both thicc and delish, and the buns are spongy-licious. Don't delay, get on over there

It was good, I enjoyed being able to add toppings at no additional charge. The meat was juicy and fresh I had the little bacon cheeseburger. The fries were really good, salted well and hot? oh and the large fries can feed at least 4-5 people. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was made fresh to order and served quickly.

Awful burger! The bun was soggy, the meat appeared undercooked, and they didn't provide A1 sauce when I requested it. Both the patties and the bun were drenched and quite unpleasant.

The restaurant is clean, and the service is decent, but the customer service leaves much to be desired, particularly from the manager, who was quite rude. I was really disappointed with my experience here. I'm a fan of Five Guys and wanted to try a special order I saw on TikTok, but when I asked the manager about it, she reacted negatively and dismissed me right away. She seemed annoyed by social media in general, and despite the restaurant being empty, she showed no interest in valuing our business. I believe in positive energy, and unfortunately, the negative vibe translated into the food, which didn’t sit well with me afterward. I cannot recommend this location.
