The Union - Carson City

An amazing meal! Carson needs this!!! Service was excellent, food was fantastic and the drinks tasty!!! We will definitely be back to try more items!!! This visit we had the pretzel bites, poutine, Carson burger, sausage plate and pepperoni pizza all fantastic!!!

I just had the most mediocre shrimp Caesar I’ve ever tasted. It took forever because the cook over cooked the first round of shrimp. Well he undercooked the next round of shrimp. I’m giving it 2 stars because the manager and bar tender were cool but I don’t think I’ll be back. The manager Phillip took great care of me. Not only did he make this right but my second experience was wonderful. The food was amazing. Especially the Shrimp and Peppers and the Cauliflower. My dinner server Amanda was spot on, even though she was very busy. I will definitely recommend this place and I’ve changed my review accordingly.

I am so happy to see a wondeful gathering place with amazing food and service in Carson City! My husband and I got the City and Carson burgers, by far the best tasting hamburger I have had at a restaurant. We love the atmosphere and the Latte, was amazing as well! I don't mind spending a little extra for food that is made like home. We will be repeat customers and bring friends and family here when they visit us!

Tried this great new place for lunch today. The food and service were outstanding! It's nice to have a new, delicious restaurant in Carson City! Daelyn was a great server!!
