Qdoba Mexican Eats - Carson City

Absolutely revolting! I ordered a veggie burrito for pickup from this restaurant, and upon taking my first bite, I discovered a long strand of hair mixed in with my food. I attempted to remove it for a photo, but it was dangerously tangled in the burrito's fillings. Even if I wanted to give this place another chance—which I definitely do not—I tried calling multiple times to voice my complaint, but no one picked up. I wish I could give them zero stars—it's truly disgusting!

I really miss Qdoba since I moved away from the Midwest, so I was excited to find this location. However, that excitement faded quickly. They didn’t have tortilla soup for bowls, and many other items were missing from the menu. The portion sizes were also smaller than what I used to get—must be due to inflation.

The staff was excellent! They were incredibly friendly and welcomed me as soon as I walked in. This was my first time dining at a Qdoba, and I found the prices to be reasonable given the portion sizes. They definitely don't hold back on the cheese!

I ordered takeout the other night, and when I arrived, my order hadn't been prepared yet. However, the staff were fantastic once they realized the situation. They were really professional and friendly. I had my food ready in just 5 minutes. Honestly, I would have been more than happy to wait 30 minutes for such excellent customer service. Overall, I give Carson City QDoba a 5-star rating across the board!
