Great place. Nice restaurant. My only issue is that sometimes they mix up "no item" with "more item." For example, when I ask for more onions and no pickles, they end up giving me no onions and more pickles. Since then, I make sure to order in a different way to avoid any confusion and ensure I get what I want. Thank you.

I did not receive the complimentary nuggets that were part of the promotional offer that I selected.

By 1pm, at the conclusion of the lunch rush, I was not greeted by any staff when I entered. My order was only partially taken, and when the fries were finally served, they were stale. When I requested that they be reordered, not all of my items were brought out, and there were no apologies given by the employees or management. The service used to be much better when Clayton was managing, but since then, it has declined significantly.

We ordered a cheeseburger Happy Meal with cheese and ketchup only, and apples, as well as a lemonade Sprite Freeze. However, we received a cheeseburger with everything in the window. After asking for the correct order, they gave us a coke instead. When we explained our original order, they said the machine was not working and did not offer any alternatives. Another woman at the window then agreed to give us a Coke Freeze, which was not what we ordered. When we tried to clarify our order, they insisted that the machine was not working. Unfortunately, when we got home, we found that our grandson had received a cheeseburger with multiple issues, no apples or toys, and he was very disappointed. This inconsistent service is unacceptable. We would like the regional manager to address these issues with the staff. The woman who took our order made several mistakes, and the young lady who assisted her was not helpful or friendly. Although we have had issues with incorrect orders in the past, this experience was particularly disappointing. We expect better treatment from the staff and ask that these problems be corrected promptly.

The fries were cold and rubbery, the burger box was smashed and we didn't receive the Regular Oreo McFlurry that was ordered. However, the sandwiches tasted okay and the sodas were correct.
