Betsy's Big Kitchen - Carson City

Was in the stinking casino, but that was great. Big portions. Good food. My BF tried her salmon soup. He loved it. Service was great. As a team, the employees worked together.

This place is very nicely decorated and has a really warm atmosphere. The employees were busy and their attitudes almost disturbed them. Our waitress tried to joke with us, but the delivery was murmured and came more insulting than funny. I really think she made jokes, it's really weird. The food was... below average diner fare. The spaghetti was soggy and wet. The sauce was not inspired and the meat dishes we had were badly seasoned and had a strange taste. I think we've been badly ordered, as other girls seemed to enjoy their meals. We can give them another try if we eat in Carson City the next time.

Great breakfasts...omelet made to order. Bacon and eggs, delicious breakfast sandwich....try it with scrambled eggs..yum. Hash browns could have been a little crisper. Great prices on specials!

This place is great. The plate of food is a good portion. The people are so kind and polite. Very clean. I would suggest this place to everyone.

Tonight, Thursday, 13. October at 9:00 p.m. my husband and I went to eat a dinner and in Betsy?s. My husband ordered spaghetti for me and chicken parmesan for himself. The salads arrived when I returned from the toilet room. The waitress who served us obviously had seniority and my guess is that she was busy with them for a long time. She did an inappropriate gesture to my husband that I accidentally saw how I was sitting. he had sitting without me while I was bathing she noticed me and quickly changed her demeanor and body language. I understand that my husband is a very beautiful man. But what I don't understand is why she took our order, but not placing it with the chefs. My husband and I were the only customers in the restaurant. After eating our salads and waiting for about half an hour, the waitress came to our table and said: I made a boo. I forgot to give the ticket to the chefs. I messed it up. the sound of her voice was one that could be described as a sarcastic baby conversation. I knew she wanted nothing but trouble. Seriously. As from now on, the order was cancelled because of the time Betsy was closed; My husband and I are home, we finally had salad, ranch and a few crumbs for dinner. We work hard all day and just wanted a simple dinner. And we have everything except what was on the menu. I would not suggest the café to anyone who wanted a decent, honest dinner at a good price because you don't find it at Betsy. Cafe on a Thursday night. Not with this kind of service. I try to avoid really negative reviews, but this is something that should be ventilated on the side of the caution.
