Was asked if I wanted lunch portion but was still charged for dinner price. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It may not be a gourmet restaurant, I suppose, but all the food I've had there is very good, the service is very attentive and the atmosphere is really comfortable, especially given that great view of the river. The salad bar is small but has a surprisingly good variety of items, all fresh. They usually have a choice of desserts, too, including several flavors of ice cream. Parking: There is only on-street parking, but there are several streets around, all with parking spaces. In 4 visits here I've never had to park more than a half-block away. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the front door, and all of the restaurant space is on one level.
