The Human Bean - Carrollton

I have been a regular at this restaurant for a few years now, sometimes even coming in daily. Every time I visit, I always order the same drink (Irish cream breve hot) and for the longest time, it was made perfectly 95% of the time. However, in the last month or two, I have noticed that there are new staff members making the coffee. Now, it's become hit or miss when it comes to the taste of my drink, with it being a miss 95% of the time. I either taste a bland drink or just espresso, with no Irish cream, milk, or any other flavor. I have tried asking for a remake a few times, but most times I just accept it without complaint. I used to love this place, but now I'm hesitant to visit or even consider going back.

I didn't enjoy my ice cream, but the espresso bean topping was quite delicious! Next time I visit, I'll try something different.

I absolutely adore The Human Bean in Carrollton! The staff is always incredibly helpful when I want to try new drinks. They are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The drinks are delicious and affordable. I would highly recommend The Human Bean to coffee lovers everywhere! 10/10.

This afternoon I went and got a simple bagel with cream cheese. the young lady was friendly and I didn't have to wait in the line. But if I knew I had a bagel harder than an elephant tulip and Rhino skin, I wouldn't have ordered it. it was as if I had eaten a bit of a disgust. the half of it was burned and I didn't want to make a dental appointment trying to eat this. So I've rejected the rest. cost 3.50 for the bagel probably ate a 1.25 of them. I experience in the generally great service and food quality. I guess today wasn't one of those days.

My husband and I love this location and try to go here whenever we both have a day off. I enjoy the syrup selection and the non-dairy milk options! We always have a good experience here.
