I had a good experience every time when all Baristas were so friendly, my order was correct every time, and it had an airy layout and many windows. Food: 5/5
They were out of something and they made a big recommendation for a replacement. Great customer service for DFW.
Chad.. (I suppose the manager of the shop) went on to tell me that the drink I ordered was formed and that he was with the company for 21 years... I would have been glad to teach him how to make my drink. But his passive aggressive attitude was not worth it. Come with Starbucks, you can do better.
Your Google post says you opened this place at 5:30 a.m., but when I showed up at 6:30 a.m. on Monday morning, you weren't open yet? After 10 minutes waiting, they finally opened the window. But when I ordered you were from peppermint syrup during the holiday? It's like a McDonald's without pommes! I rarely come to Starbucks for coffee, but I will definitely not return to this if I ever get coffee at a Starbucks.
Absolutely love everybody that works in this Starbucks! They do amazing with their customer service!
