Que Pasa Authentic Mexican Carrollton

High hopes, but they were destroyed. the place is quite large and neatly decorated and clean. the main problem was our server. she seemed overwhelmed and roared with which I can sympathize, but she didn't seem to care to make a little easier. she hardly returned to the table and could then forget a part of the order. an article was completely missing, another one was falsely prepared and with another, she forgot what was requested and came long after the order allegedly submitted to clarification. a few glasses went without refilling and no dessert was offered. only the bill. my teller (huevos con chorizo) was ok, but a bit bland. the vegetables enchiladas were very delicious. probably not back, but with better service and another order, their experience could be much better.

Just went here tonight , , the atmosphere was amazing, the waiter was very friendly, the waitress is gorgeous lol friendly environment, quick speed for the food , which the food was amazing, so hot , the rice wasn't over cooked , the shrimp was spot on , I had the number 76 lol and I had the Texas Margarita , let me tell you! They know how to hook it up lol it was amazing lol they have kid margaritas too lol kid friendly also lol HONESTLY, this place is amazing and it's so much better than any Mexican place I've had .... It's worth it and the prices are decent and u will not see an empty spot on your plate, unless you chose to move stuff lol I loved the experience and I'll definitely be back ,

Our compliments to the chef! My husband had the shrimp fajitas and he said it was awesome! (I’m allergic to shellfish I had a fajita chicken taco salad. It was yummy! We eat there as often as possible and enjoy it. If you like Mexican food, you should try it!

This place was terrible. As soon as we walked in the door a blonde older woman who was I’m guessing the hostess was immediately rude and obviously did not want to be there. We were sat and received our drinks. 2 pina coladas were ordered and barely had any flavor to them, my mother politely asked the bartender to add just a little more rum, she would pay for it. The bartender snatched the drink and slammed everything around as she fixed the drink. Same bartender hit my chair with a height chair and didn’t even bother to say excuse me or sorry. We ordered tacos and they came out with only meat on them, we patiently waited for our waitress to return to the table to check on us, 30+ mins goes by and we were not checked on, no refills, nothing. I did hear the waitress telling the other employees how stressed out she was and I noticed she was pretty much the only person working so I do think they were over working her so there is no animosity with our server. I do however think this place is poorly managed and the majority of the staff do not care about their jobs and are extremely rude. We are spending our hard earned money at your establishment and to be treated like a inconvenience is unacceptable. Food was mediocre. Do yourself a favor and choose another restaurant to spend your money at.
