Little Caesars Pizza - Carrollton

I placed an order through the app and arrived at the scheduled pickup time, but the girl at the drive-thru window was incredibly rude. She repeatedly insisted she didn't have my order. I provided my name and even showed her the charge on my bank account, yet she continued to tell me, "I can't help you, call the 1-800 number." Her attitude was just so disrespectful. Thank you for charging me for a meal I never received. I ended up not eating today because of this terrible experience.

I placed an online order for pickup in the evening. Worked perfectly! My pizzas were ready on time and were hot and fresh. The staff were very friendly. S

If I could give this place one star I would in a heartbeat. I needed pizza on my way to a get together so I ordered online through this store. The receipt said that it would be done by 1045 (they open supposedly at 1030). When I arrived at the restaurant at 11 the door was locked and no one was inside. I understand people are too sorry to work but you can at least make it where people cannot order online. I have called multiple times to get a refund and never got through. I called corporate and they are supposed to help me. I ended up spending double what I paid for Little Ceasars for Papa Johns so I better get my money back. I will NEVER be giving this chair of stores my money again. Ridiculous!

Overall, her pizza is usually good, but this time it didn’t impress. The standout was actually a non-cheese option, which had a crust over 4 inches thick. The cheese pizzas, on the other hand, were mostly covered in pepperoni and had very little cheese, along with thick crusts again. However, the breadsticks and Italian cheesecake were quite good.

We really enjoy their pizzas, but our most recent visit was disappointing due to the long wait and the fact that one of our pizzas was missing. We learned that there were only two people working that day! We feel sorry for them; it’s not fair to expect so much from just two employees. Despite the long lines, I appreciate that they were doing their best.
