Jefferson's - Carrollton

To eat one of my favorite places in Carrollton. I always have a great meal here. I love the black and blue burger, very tasteful. I also love her oyster rocket, which is delicious. Her curly pommes are also good. They have a large, spacious terrace and they are very fast. I love coming here.

The waitstaff here is incredibly attentive, and the food, especially the bar offerings, is quite good. They have a solid selection of beers as well. As for their hottest wings, if you can handle spicy food (for reference, if you can handle the wild sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings, you should be fine), you'll enjoy these. They won't reach the level of Carolina Reaper, but they have both flavor and a heat that builds as you eat. There are plenty of TVs for sports viewing, though parking can be limited when it gets busy; however, there is additional parking nearby. My recommendation: If you're looking for an authentic sports bar experience, this place definitely delivers. It's worth a visit!

We visited this restaurant after 2:00 PM yesterday, and it was quite slow, with only four tables occupied. Unfortunately, we waited 50 minutes for our food, which turned out to be quite disappointing. The wings were unappetizing; they looked old, had a doughy texture, and were cold in the center. The fries resembled ones that had been fried multiple times. Having previously worked as a fry cook at this establishment, I can say that I never would have served food that looked like this. I was really let down by the quality of the food, and I don't think it was worth the $47 we spent on two orders of wings. I can't recommend dining here when the food quality is so poor.

I dined here tonight and really enjoyed the fried chicken fingers and the fry basket. We also tried the lemon pepper boneless wings with curly fries, and both dishes were excellent.

Definitely needs some improvement. Im not going to be rude but I am going to bring the facts to you. First of all look at the health score behind the bar. I believe it said 86. I didn't realize the score until this last order. When we ordered our food we asked for a basket of tater tots and received fries. Then we ordered extra ranch and it was two half filled containers equaling 1 single ranch? This kind of stuff has been happening the past few months with no resolve. Also just so you know reviews have been turned off for their facebook page. Probably not a good sign. Hopefully things will change soon.
