Chick-fil-a - Carrollton

I generally have a great experience at this Chick-fil-A location. I usually use the drive-thru or curbside pickup, and my orders are nearly always spot on. On the rare occasion that there is a mistake, the staff promptly correct it without any hesitation when I bring it to their attention. I highly recommend this place for a meal at any time of the day!

This used to be an excellent Chick-fil-A, but since its reopening, the service has become slow, the food is often cold, and when you stand at the counter, no one seems to offer assistance. Staff members may glance in your direction but won’t approach to help. There's a lot of activity behind the counter, but little customer engagement. On the positive side, there's a wonderful girl named Lilly who is always helpful and friendly. She does a great job of keeping the dining area clean!

I completely adore the fall season, as it signals the return of Chick-fil-A's Tortilla Soup! Although the chicken noodle soup is enjoyable, Tortilla is by far my favorite, especially when paired with a sugar-free lemonade. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff coordinated effortlessly, creating an organized and efficient atmosphere. The ambiance was delightful, featuring a lovely tree in the corner, fresh flowers on the table, and Christmas decorations all around. I always have an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A!

I really love this restaurant! The staff is consistently helpful whenever I go there. Since I work a 5 a.m. shift, I typically have lunch around 9 to 10 a.m. They are always willing to accommodate me by serving lunch even when I’m not in the mood for breakfast, and they do it without any hesitation.

The service here is consistently polite and fast, with everything always done perfectly. I absolutely love this place! What I appreciate most is their respect for the Lord.
