Burger Wing City - Carrollton

Eating was good, but the customer service wasn't so good. we ordered milkshakes for our children and did not get them until we were ready to go when we asked about them, the cash was rude and said I still do them. I informed them that we had finished eating and that we were an hour back then. when we finally got them, they were melted in a ground egg.

Here are the pro's and cons. Pro's, the food was very good. The French Fries were good as well. Pro, the restaurant was very clean and very large dining room, and the staff was excellent. The cashier repeated my order over the phone. Con's, they didn't have any shakes or chilli cheese fries. No biggie. I will definitely order another takeout again

Horrible experience! We went in, placed our order and found a booth. Several minutes later another couple entered and did the same. Our food came out from the kitchen. The hostess/waitress took the food and placed it in front of the other couple. They handled the trays and realized that it wasn't their food. She then proceeded to bring the food to us. I requested they bring us new servings for which the guy in charge was insistent that we accept those burgers. In a time where COVID is still running ramped, I don't think so.We requested a refund and were told he didn't know how to do that. The hostess finally got in touch with someone who was able to talk her through issuing a refund.

Came here with my dad, I had the wings, very crispy and Good. My father had the burger said it was a very Good burger. Couple of tvs with a nice bar, very clean, and great service.

I do believe I found my regular burger place. My husband got the boss burger and fries. I got the American Classic, fries, and an order of Chili Cheese Fries. The burgers were so delicious, and the fries had a very nice crisp to them. Cannot wait to try more of the menu options in the future.
