Beba Bbq - Carrollton

Hello! We ordered kabli polao, but unfortunately, it wasn't true kabli polao. I was surprised to find that the essential ingredients—raisin, sweet carrots, and garnel—were missing, which are key for achieving that sweet and salty flavor. The rice was dry, although the kebabs on top were flavorful. They could have simply called it brown rice with koftas on top, but it definitely did not resemble kabli polao.

How does this place get 5 stars? Maybe I just picked a bad day to visit. I ordered two kebab rolls: one in paratha and the other in naan. The naan was excellent, and the paratha was decent. However, the sauce they added was awful. The kebab in one roll was good, but the other roll, which contained chicken boti, was extremely tough and dry—overcooked to the point that it seemed like it had been forgotten on the grill (or in the tandoor). It felt like they used it anyway instead of preparing a fresh one, or perhaps the cook just doesn’t know how to cook it properly. Overall, it was pretty disappointing, which is why I'm giving just 1 star.

Loved the freshly made juicy and delicious kebabs from this house made style kitchen served hot. they prepare the food fresh when the order is made, therefore a little long servier time which is justified. the ambiente is ok-ish with limited seat capacity, but eating is excellent and absolutely worth for money. her portion size is also pleasing. beba bbq also serves unique sauces with kebabs. good work with taste and quantity and would definitely recommend beba bbq for Pakistani style kebab lovers.

Awesome place and food tastes best. Be prepared to wait around 1 hr after the order. And place has limited seating. Better to call ahead and reserve if possible

Delicious! Will be back again. Drove from Irving to this great spot for as close to traditional Pakistani as I can get in DFW
