Pizza Ranch - Carroll

I read reviews before I got to places. I visited this Pizza Ranch on 4/22/24 at 5pm. Everything was clean, all food came out on time, and most of all the service was great. The workers were kind and very attentive. Every one of them were doing their jobs and staying busy to be on top of things. I can't say enough about the service, they were great.

Went in paid for two was going to leave cash tip for table busser so I didn’t leave a tip by card and the lady who checked me out added a tip on there and when asked about it she wouldn’t come to the front to apologize or even admit it won’t be going back don’t recommend anyone goes there

Good prices for buffet there fry chicken is delicious ?

Waited and waited and never did get any dessert pizza was empty buffet forever. All the spoon containers were out of spoons we had to eat ice cream forks. I think the place is understaffed or the help just don’t wanna work. One young girl running her butt off!

We had a party of 9 and arrived at 6PM on a Saturday night. We were there till 7:30 and I don't think all of us ever got chicken. The hot food was very slow to be refilled and the dessert wasn't much better. For the cost of this buffet you would expect it to be better.Parking: I have trouble walking but do not have a handicapped parking pass so the parking is somewhat troublesome.
