Jade Palace - Carrboro

My brother in law and his wife sometimes bring food from the Jade Palace. The ribs are delicious. His wife is Chinese and orders from the Chinese menu, which I would recommend. Learn Chinese or find someone who will read it to you. If you like spicy mix of meat and vegetables, I recommend the Spicy Hot Pot. It's my new favorite. This is said if you really want spicy, make sure you tell them to make it really spicy. When my brother comes to the law's wife, they give it to her Chinese spy. When I got it, it was very mild. Next time, I'll make sure they know it's as spicy as they usually would. The Aubergine is also amazing. If I lived closer and had more money, I would definitely visit more often and try some of their other foods. But I'm not and I'm not so spicy hot pot it will be every visit!

Solid traditional Chinese cuisine and great for handling both large and small groups. Leave it to the kingdom of hands down.
