Carrboro Pizza Oven

Great pizza joint. They have an old-school slide-in pizza oven and they bake their garlic knots to order. My second daughter was won over by the owner, who gave her a free garlic knot after she watched him make them for about 45 minutes. The pizza is wonderful. I'm a pizza nut. I love the stuff. Crispy crust Metal plates My favorite order is the grandma's style crust with pizza sauce, served delivery.

I ordered pizza to go and have tried others in the area that have great reviews. This one hands down is the best pizza! I will be ordering again.

Pizza is ok. Needs to bake longer. Which is good. Finish it at home. The Italian Deli salad was pathetic. Stay with just the pizza.

First time eating Detroit style pizza. Kinda pricey for couple slices compared to dominoes for example but by FAR THE MOST OUTSTANDING PIZZA AROUND!!!!

The Detroit pizza was pretty good, weird style of chicken topping however, pretty unappetizing. The steak and cheese tasted kind of like salt on a piece of bread and it was about the size of a hot dog (it was more enjoyable cold as leftovers). The size of the sub really annoyed me but the food overall is middling based on what I had.
