Pizza Hut Boonooroo Park - CARRARA

They can’t ever get an order right, always something missing or over cooked or burnt!!!

We were late getting home and wanted to avoid Mc Donald’s and Hungry Jacks. We looked up the closing time for pizza hut which was 11pm.We placed the order at 10:30 only to immediately be called that they can’t deliver the pizza because the driver finishes at exactly 11pm.The order would’ve arrived at around 11:10.So, maybe Pizza Hut should put on their website that delivery orders are only taken up until a certain time, to avoid customer dissatisfaction. Or, perhaps they should pay their drivers until 11:30 so that they can actually meet the advertised standards.

I placed an order for a Hawaiian Pizza with a garlic bread. They charged me $30 and I waited for hours for the pizza to never even arriveWhen I tried calling the next day the staff wouldn’t answer the phone. I have used other Pizza Huts and never had this problemI just want a refund and some sort of compensation

Outstanding customer telephone service as I made my order over the phone. Pizza arrived on time, hot and full of toppings. Perfect pizza amazing sides too

Ordered 1.5hrs ago, can’t get through to the store for an update, still no delivery and substandard service. How pizza hut can alow this place to trade with their name is beyond me
