Incredible gluten-free eating for celiac disease

I took 2 scones seasoned with tomato and mayonnaise, I was amazed, never tasted such a good dough. As a celiac I'm not joking if I say I ate the best focacce in my life, a dough that reminded me of the softness and taste of the Neapolitan dough. Congratulations! I asked to share one of the 2 focaccias with pleasure, not knowing the combinations as they can know the cooks of the store but instead it was seasoned like the other, no matter good the same.

The bakery products, pizzas and focaccia are excellent, but the pastry is not at the same level. The very heavy pasta stuffed mainly with nutella, pleasant in winter, but not suitable with the heat. The bigne almost always absent, the pastry of the heavy croissant, often raw inside. At 10 am the counter is already empty even in the middle of the tourist season.
