Mcdonald's - Carpinteria

Got my food, and had to ask for the coffee, and 2 hot chocolates that were missing. After waiting 10 minutes for the coffee and hot chocolate, we had to wait another 15 minutes for a small hot chocolate for my son. When we got it, it was barely warm. The McDonald's was empty so not sure why there was such a delay. Employees in the back were arguing with each other as well.

Excellent customer service there's a gentleman that's a server that's name is Chris he always goes above and beyond to create and I'm kind of professional matter and service from him is 100% accurate and delivered in a personal matter and professional matter I commend your employee above and

Too high. Personal don't know anything. Can't ever get orders right. Good horrible!!

The food was okay, but fries were completely unsalted, and my large fries were filled only halfway.Service was not great. The employee kept walking away while taking my order and was not friendly.I was also upset by the fact that they would not give me ranch with my order unless I paid 25 cents. That's my first time experiencing that at a McDonald's. Definitely won't be back to this location.

Customer inputs your own order into a machine and pays. They give you your food no money changed hands. We were hungry and this was right off the freeway in Carpinteria. I think McDonald’s has become overpriced and it’s not really my go to anymore.
