Przekaż informację zwrotnąI placed order on line. Let them know I was there (went to the drive thru). Was told to pull up. All the cars ordering behind me were getting their food and leaving. I sat there for 15 minutes, while the car behind me got their food (they were also asked to pull into a parking spot). I asked the employee where my food was, he said he's getting it now. Another 5 or more minutes went by, when a different employee came out and asked my name. He said that he advised them to get my order, when I first got there, but no one did it. He said he would have my order shortly. I waited another 5 minutes. So I waited about half an hour there for my order. Talked to Three employees about it. I think in the future I will go into the building to get my order.
Disappointed with fish sandwich, very small not over bun like pictures, sauce over powered fish taste nothing else on except bun, got combo over $9 total, still hungry when we left. First time and last at popeyes.
It’s unfortunate that the employees have better customer service skills than the manager himself (Tony). I had missing items in my order and he told me that there was nothing missing because he had packed it himself. Like why in the world am I going to lie about 3 chicken tenders. On the other hand the 2 young employees there with him today were very polite and friendly.

Very clean restaurant, friendly staff and food is always fresh .Parking: Lots of parking but I walk since I work next door
