Little Caesars Pizza - Carpentersville

Eric was taking orders working in the back doing everything at once but he didn't give me my order on time and he wrongly ordered two pepperoni pizzas and he gave me a wrong one and they serve white Americans better and they focus more on online orders and ignore the ones that They order in person and make you wait a long time, that is, they do not respect the time or how the orders arrive and it is as if they ignore the Mexicans and no one complains

The people that work here don’t care about their jobs. Only for money. Where’s the pride anymore in providing good customer service and good quality food. We ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and crazy bread off the app. Picked it up got home and both pizzas weren’t even cooked. The crazy bread was in 3 inch pieces. This Little Caesars is the worst in the whole Kane county area. Do not go here at all. There rated 2.6 stars for a reason….

Horrible customer service. Had them remake a pizza and it ended up worse. One of the worst pizza places I have ever been to. Would not recommend ever.

Horrible service. The takuache at the register tells you they’re not serving certain items probably for his own lazy benefit.
