Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis is difficult to find and I am sure that our party seemed very strange and caused a bit of a stir in this quiet part of Sicily. That said, they arranged an English speaking waiter for us, saying more about the quality of our Italian than anything else. The food was simply amazing, the stuff of films and story books. Antipasta that never ever ended and consisted of more food than you 'd usually find in a full meal everything from cheese puffs to tripe and onions, from zucchini to kidneys. The pasta is to die for we had a plate of meat and a plate of vegetarian, both of which were simply indescribably delicious. If you have room, the secondi is quite phenomenal. Pork sausages and roast pork on a bed of seasoned potatoes. Beautiful pork, wonderful potatoes. Fantastic. It is a proper no menu, ask what you want and you 'll get it type traditional Sicilian restaurant. It is also the best dining experience I had on Sicily, or in the whole of Italy.
The food is quite simple but amazing. Wonderful quality and it just keeps coming. Do not underestimate how much food there will be. Great value and charming.
Came back with my family to spend a nice day together in a calm and relaxed environment. As expected everything was great: from the starters to the dessert we had delicious food and a memorable experience. A special mention goes to the porchetta dei Nebrodi prepared by Giuseppe Oriti, the owner. Planning to come back soon!
Despite some surprises, like the fixed menu, not pre-advented, we ate very well. good service and pleasantly friendly. appetizers and excellent first ones, to follow the famous pig and other grilled meats. finally fruit, semifredd, coffee and bitter. everything for 30 euros per person! we will definitely recommend it and return, maybe in a less crowded day was Sunday 24 April
Location in the middle of nature, you eat typical local cuisine (formaggi e maialino mero dei nebrodi,) good wine card, good value for money!
