Tgi Fridays - Carolina Township

Server was pleasant and food overall was ok. Not very hot, but tasted ok. Wings were very small. Service was almost non-existent and when we asked for refills on tea we were told that since they were closing in an hour and a half they weren't going to make more (it was 6:30pm). Biggest issue was I came in with my mother who is in a wheelchair and they initially tried to seat us in the back corner of the bar where it was almost impossible to maneuver so I had to ask for a different table. TGI Fridays on Woodruff Rd is Trash!! The burger was dry it didn’t look like real meat, the chicken fingers were over cooked everything seemed to have the microwave effect it was bone chilling cold on the side we were on and the food we got looked Nothing like what was on the menu’s never going back!!

Jay is an amazing server. He always serves us amazingly and we enjoy talking to him.

Its a chain thats been around a while and this location has had its ups and downs with me, but this experience was positive. The bartender was very kind, and he took good care of us. He was attentive and got our order quickly, made sure the table was clean, and the drink I ordered was delicious. The food didn't take long to come out after ordering, and tasted delicious.
