Check that bad register attitude at the door! This was at 9:20 this morning. Left the store at 9:42. I love Starbucks but not this day nor this store.
Alyssa was my drive thru barista today and she was so friendly and nice! She made my morning and Starbucks is lucky to have her. (Also, they should unionize, but that's a different story.
The amount of disrespect I have just received was utterly disappointing. I am ALWAYS nice and respectful to everyone EVERYWHERE! But this person gave me such a attitude about my drink being wrong and made me not want to come to this Cafe ever again Jordan “tried” to fix the the situation but made me feel as if he made that situation happen because right after he took my order, he ordered this person (not sure her name because she hid her name tag) to have full bar. I'm never coming to this Cafe … – show
I think this is one of the only locations around so they are usually a little busy, but the staff handles it well. Really nice team and always makes great conversation.
One of my go to evening drinks is a London Fog. As a chain these are usually consistent. Today, unfortunately not. I believe that the barista forgot to add the lavender syrup. Not horrible, just not the usual.
