Starbucks - Carolina Township

I went in to order a tea. $6. Had a few dollars cash and when the guy rudely walked away I put the loose change and cash in the bucket. He said it was $6 so I said this is for customers right? He said no that 's our tips. I said I put $3 and some loose change in there. Take it out of that. He said hold on. Took the jar away and put it near the coffee and went to the back to what I assume was ask the manager for help. They burn their coffee beans intentionally, hire children with zero manners and charge $6 for a green tea. The kid needs to work at McDonald 's so he can yell at people for asking for extra honey mustard. I pray he doesn 't have a job there the next time I never go back. See you at the golden arches buddy. ?

This is my favorite Starbucks in Greenville. Always so nice and fast. Love them!

This particular Starbucks I would expect to find much more friendly staff and consistent quality drinks. It is the closest one to our new home yet making me think I need a Starbucks fast (break)! This location is near the mall and they seem poorly managed. I kept trying to give this location a chance. This makes me sad that this is the option for this area. The location needs an overhaul upgrade. If I wanted my lattes to taste like old stale gas station coffee no need to pay Starbucks prices. To top it with poor communication and presentation every time I attend this location with different staff.

I came in to get myself a snack and drink only to be met with some random dude livestreaming in the lobby from his phone. He basically blocked off access to all the comfy padded seats unless I wanted to risk sitting in the view of his stream audience. I was going to try to seat myself at one of the other tables, but he kept doing the tik tok NPC/AI trend and wouldn't stop talking to his phone so I left instead.

I just moved on Haywood rd couple weeks ago and when I say this by far is the best Starbucks I’ve been too Robyn Scott made my coffee so fast Daniel was the sweetest Aiden builly Hilton was so sweet as well yall have really gained a customer I go by Chyna and I can not wait to come back I can’t remember who it was that drew me the picture but when I say I’m in the car crying while sipping my good coffee best experience ever and my favorite thing about this location and Starbucks in general is that they except everyone no matter what gender you are and I freaking love it ??? thank you Starbucks team for making my morning
